Description
Are you faced with any gaps within your current Human Resources policies and best practices? Are you struggling with knowing what will work and what won’t? I will serve as a key Consultant to evaluate current policies and either make recommendations on how it can be improved or revamp documentation and propose new standards to ensure effective policies are maintained and best practices are utilized.
SCOPE:
- Consultant will review/analyze/consider your current HR policies, procedures and development needs
- Consultant will develop/write/recommend/prepare/provide policies, procedures and implementation plans.
- Consultant will host/train/execute key Human Resources Training seminars for Managers.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Recommended policies and manuals, including Health & Safety initiatives
- Will create Policies and Procedures in MS Word format and PDF
TIMING:
- A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase of 4-6 weeks.
ASSUMPTIONS
Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 3 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
