Description
Organizational planning is the process of defining and company’s reason for existing, setting goals aimed at realizing full potential, and creating measurable tasks to meet those goals. I can walk you through the process from strategic, tactical, operational and contingency planning. Understanding how short-range objectives designed to meet long-range plans is vital. Having a contingency plan as a back-up in case a pivot needs to occur helps to prevent failure.
