Description
Scope:
- Review and understand the overall change context and vision, and to start engaging the organization on the change agenda
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and align with the stakeholders, taking into consideration their level of influence and degree of impact
- Assess change risk and readiness assessment to come up mitigation plans
- Develop communications strategy and plan for seamless change delivery
- Conduct change impact assessment
- Develop the engagement plan for the nominated change agents and onboard them to drive a change transition that will deliver the greatest impact
- Conduct training needs analysis and training plan to deliver the change
- Develop a change implementation plan to address issues that may arise during and post change management activities

Timing:
- This work typically requires around 6-8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
