Description
Scope:
- Assess the present and future competency needs of the business units, inferring from the corporate’s vision, strategic plans and leading practice research to determine required competencies across each business unit
- Facilitate interviews with each Business Unit across the company to gain insight into the required competencies for the various roles
- Understand the core values and code of conduct governing the operations to distil the desired behaviours and attributes
- Identify the general business, leadership, technical and behavioural competency requirements for all job families across the various business units
- Prepare competency scope and competency mapping of job roles – existing and new competency levels
- Document the competency framework, detailing key competency requirements (i.e., skills, knowledge, etc.) competency descriptions and proficiency levels for the various job families

Timing:
- This work typically requires around 4-6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
