Description
Scope:
- Conduct research to identify key workplace trends and expectations of the multi-generational workforce and distill leading EVP practices relevant to the organization
- Conduct stakeholder sessions to understand the current EVP, need for change, people challenges and expectations
- Conducted focus group sessions with employees across the different Business Units and at the Group Level to obtain insights to drive the EVP design
- Design and document the EVP report based on the input from the research findings, stakeholder sessions, and focus group sessions
- Develop an implementation plan to execute the EVP strategic initiatives
Deliverables/Outputs:
- EVP Strategy Report
- EVP Implementation Plan
- Detailed Strategic Workforce Plan
- Implementation Plan
Timing:
- This work typically requires around 6-8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
