Description
Scope:
- Assess the current maturity of the HR target operating model covering the service delivery model, roles and responsibilities, HR organization structure, HR service management framework, HR processes, HR technology system, HR data and reporting, governance and control
- Determine the guiding principles and key considerations for the design of the HR target operating model
- Develop the key components of the future state HR target operating model with design options
- Develop the high-level organization chart for the new model: reporting structure, span of control, headcount
- Document key responsibilities for each major component of the HR target operating model (e.g., Shared Service Centre, Centre of Expertise, Business Partners).
- Validate and finalize the new HR target operating model and propose implementation recommendations
Deliverables/Outputs:
- New HR Operating Model covering HR Structure, HR Service Delivery Model, HR Technology and Governance
- Implementation Recommendations
Timing:
- This work typically requires around 4-6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
