Description
Scope:
- HR Policies and Processes Review
- Review existing documentation of HR information (current HR strategies, HR organisational structure, roles and responsibilities, HR policy, HR Technology, etc.)
- Conduct an internal current state assessment to gain insights on business and people implications, and understand gaps hindering the effectiveness of the Human Resources function
- Conduct an external review to obtain leading practices, trends and occurrences impacting the HR function
- Conduct process review sessions with key HR stakeholders to deepen understanding of the operations of the HR function and policy
- HR Policies and Processes Design
- Identify strengths, gaps, and disconnects, as well as improvement and standardisation opportunities in the HR policies and processes
- Summarise key findings, compare to leading practices, relevant benchmarks, market trends and current realities
- Validate key findings and make refinements and recommendations as necessary.
- Obtain input and sign-off of key stakeholders on the HR policies and processes.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- HR Policy and Process Manuals Documentation
Timing:
- This work typically requires around 3-4 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
