Description
Scope:
- Engage with different mix of stakeholders to understand the current corporate strategy, operating model to distil imperatives for workforce planning
- Engage stakeholders from different business functions to understand current workforce demand and supply relationship
- Conduct comparator benchmarking against industry standards and best practices
- Identify and document drivers for workforce requirements
- Conduct activity/process analysis to analyze historical data on workloads and resource utilization
- Determine optimal workforce requirements for the agreed positions/roles
- Develop an implementation plan and strategies to drive effective workforce planning
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Current workforce baseline for the business units/functional areas
- Projected Optimal Workforce Requirements
- Detailed Strategic Workforce Plan
- Implementation Plan
Timing:
- This work typically requires around 8-12 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
