Scope:

  • Engage with different mix of stakeholders to understand the current corporate strategy, operating model to distil imperatives for workforce planning 
  • Engage stakeholders from different business functions to understand current workforce demand and supply relationship
  • Conduct comparator benchmarking against industry standards and best practices
  • Identify and document drivers for workforce requirements
  • Conduct activity/process analysis to analyze historical data on workloads and resource utilization 
  • Determine optimal workforce requirements for the agreed positions/roles 
  • Develop an implementation plan and strategies to drive effective workforce planning

Deliverables/Outputs:

  • Current workforce baseline for the business units/functional areas 
  • Projected Optimal Workforce Requirements
  • Detailed Strategic Workforce Plan
  • Implementation Plan

Timing:

  • This work typically requires around 8-12 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.

Assumptions:

  • Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
  • Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
  • Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
  • Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
