Scope:
Consultant will review/analyze/consider:
- Current sales pipeline and lead generation processes
- Target market and ideal customer profiles
- Existing outreach strategies and their effectiveness
- Sales team structure and capabilities
- Available sales and marketing technologies
Consultant will develop/write/recommend/prepare/provide:
- Comprehensive cold outreach strategy tailored to the client’s business
- Customized email templates and sequences
- Prospect list building and segmentation plan
- Performance metrics and KPIs for outreach campaigns
- Technology stack recommendations for outbound sales
Consultant will host/train/execute:
- Cold outreach strategy workshops
- Email writing and personalization training sessions
- Prospecting and lead qualification techniques training
- CRM and sales technology tool usage training
- Includes 3-4 live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 2-3 hours each per month
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF, 20-25 slides)
- Report in MS Word format (15-20 pages) with source data from MS Excel worksheet

Timing:
This work typically requires 4-6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review and accept Deliverables within 7 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets and guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
