Description

Scope:

The consultant, if required, will assist in developing a business case to assess the viability of the portfolio/program/project and its overall impact on the business. They will also facilitate detailed planning sessions to define the scope, outcomes, and schedule, considering strategic objectives, resource constraints, and upfront risks and assumptions. Additionally, the consultant will help confirm the program/project team and their roles, establish a governance framework, set up project management software and tools, and execute the project plan using best practices.

The consultant will develop and present portfolio/program/project status reports, ensure all deliverables are completed and approved as planned, manage program/project communications, proactively escalate issues, and provide final updates and facilitate project handover activities. They will also provide an evaluation summary of the engagement to highlight areas for improvement in future projects.

Timing:

3-month, 6-month, or 1-year contractual agreement, with the specific timeframe to be agreed upon between the client and consultant after purchase.

Assumptions:

Client will appoint a dedicated team to support the engagement.
Client team member(s) will be available for live meetings/collaborative working sessions.
Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
Client will provide relevant source materials, data, licensed assets, and guidelines.
Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement.

Pricing:

Starting at $14,999.00 USD excluding tax depending on the scope and timeline of the implementation
The client may engage the consultant at an hourly rate of $225 USD until the scope and fixed pricing are finalized. Subsequently, both parties can transition to a mutually agreed-upon fixed pricing model.
$225/ hr USD for any additional follow-up meetings after the assignment is completed
