SCOPE:
The Supply Chain Optimization service offering will include an assessment of the organization’s current supply chain processes, identification of bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and development of customized solutions to optimize the supply chain. This will involve analyzing inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and procurement processes.

- Supply chain assessment report
- Bottlenecks and inefficiencies identification report
- Customized solutions development report
TIMING:
The duration of the project will depend on the size and complexity of the organization’s supply chain. Typically, the project timeline will range from several weeks to a few months.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- The organization is committed to implementing the supply chain optimization solutions and is willing to allocate resources to support the process.
- Key stakeholders and decision-makers will be available to provide input and feedback throughout the project.
- The organization has access to relevant data and information needed for the supply chain optimization process.
- The organization is open to change and willing to implement the recommendations outlined in the solutions.
PRICE:
- Starting at $9,999.00 USD excluding tax depending on the scope of the project
- The client may engage the consultant at an hourly rate of $225 USD until the scope and fixed pricing are finalized. Subsequently, both parties can transition to a mutually agreed-upon fixed pricing model.
- $225/ hr USD for any additional follow-up meetings after the assignment is completed
