Structure:

  • Book a call with the sponsor to discover critical key areas of improvement for a customized book list and meeting cadence for the year.
  • Each book will have a kick-off team meeting, 2 summary meetings (intended to catch everyone up to speed), and 3 collaborative group discussion meetings to turn lessons into action with the sales organization.
  • Books will have to be purchased separately for the team.
  • Maximum of 15 sales reps per book club cohort.
