Structure:
- Book a call with the sponsor to discover critical key areas of improvement for a customized book list and meeting cadence for the year.
- Each book will have a kick-off team meeting, 2 summary meetings (intended to catch everyone up to speed), and 3 collaborative group discussion meetings to turn lessons into action with the sales organization.
- Books will have to be purchased separately for the team.
- Maximum of 15 sales reps per book club cohort.
