- Conducting a thorough AI readiness assessment, including interviews with key stakeholders and a review of existing data and technology infrastructure.
- Analyzing business processes to identify potential AI use cases and opportunities for automation.
- Developing a detailed AI strategy document that outlines technology recommendations, implementation timelines, and potential ROI.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF, 10-20 slides)
- Report in MS Word format (10-20 pages) with source data from MS Excel worksheet
TIMING: This work typically requires 1-2 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.

- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 days of final submission
