Your in-house team has been working alongside management developing and executing media plans to deliver on your marketing objectives. The media landscape is fragmented and more complex than ever before. When was the last time you looked for a second opinion ?
SCOPE
- Consultant will review/analyze/consider business goals and objectives
- Consultant will advise on specific media approach, strategy, vehicle investments, etc and provide clients with POV and evaluations.
- Includes 2-3 meetings/collaborative working sessions of 1-2 hours each
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Recommendations presentation MS PowerPoint exported into PDF and /or MS Word document as needed.
TIMING: This work typically requires 2-3 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
