Description
SCOPE:
- Consultant will train executives and Lean Six Sigma Methodologies and Data Analysis
- Includes live or virtual meetings/collaborative working sessions to be decided as per discussions with the client.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- In person or virtual Training as agreed
- Training Slides and PowerPoint presentation and Case Studies
- Answer questions from Clients on Training Topics
TIMING: This work typically requires one – two weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 14 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
