SCOPE:
- Consultant will review the vision and goals of the organization
- Consultant will assess the current market landscape and sector dynamics
- Consultant will evaluate the business performance of the organization
- Consultant will hold stakeholder discussions with key management personnel
- Consultant will deliver and disseminate the business strategy to the leadership
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Diagnostic Report for the organization
- Final Report comprising the business strategy and action plan (in ppt or word format depending on client preference) and excel workings
TIMING: This work typically requires 6 – 8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Client will provide the necessary data for the assignment
- There will be a Non Disclosure Agreement signed by the Consultant, as far as the data is concerned
- Scope of market assessment will depend on the granularity of secondary data available
- Client will provide the time for meetings with key management personnel
- Client will providence timely feedback on intermediate and final deliverables
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
