Getting the right international strategy can be a daunting task. Which country to enter, which product to export; let us take this journey together and go GLOCAL (Globally relevant and Locally responsive)
SCOPE:
- Consultant will analyze the current strategy of the company, their business performance including their product mix
- Consultant will analyze the international trade ecosystem for the products sold by the company as well as the trade basket of the country in which the company operates in
- Consultant will explore favourable trade treaties with other countries
- Consultant will provide recommendations on the right modes of internationalization – exporting or FDI
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Assessment of the trade ecosystem for the current products
- International strategy for the organization in word or ppt format (as per the client preference), along with the excel calculations and Power BI dashboards (if applicable)
TIMING: It will take approximately 6 weeks to deliver the international strategy. But this needs to be discussed with the Client and will depend on the range of products
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client will provide all the necessary data and information for the assignment
- Client will facilitate interviews with leadership of the organization as well as other key stakeholders
- Client will providence timely feedback on intermediate and final deliverables
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
PRICE: $10,000 USD.
