- Review of background materials (as provided by Client)
- Consultant will host a 90-120 minute Discovery session with key stakeholder(s) to uncover intel and insights about the industry, the business and the competition. (Max: 3 stakeholders)
- Emails, informal calls and brain-pickings as needed
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
Professionally designed STRATEGIC PITCH DECK (PDF) featuring the foundational elements of your brand story: mission, promise, reasons to believe and elevator pitch
TIMING: This work typically requires 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of your business and number of stakeholders involved. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Includes up to TWO rounds of revisions based on Client’s consolidated feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 10 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
