SCOPE:
- First meeting to understand the client’s needs – 30 minutes.
- Second meeting to map the current E2E process or to some specific area (this will be agreed in the first meeting) – 1hour.
- Consultant will develop a visualization of the current process and hold a meeting with the client to some adjustments if necessary – 30 minutes.
- Consultant will analyze the current process and offer recommendations if necessary – 1H meeting.
- Consultant will offer a 30 minute training of the methodology for employees.
- Consultant will offer two follow-up meetings after completion to clarify doubts – 30 minutes each meeting. First meeting two weeks after the completion of the project and the second one, 3 weeks after the previous meeting.
- Includes 5 meetings of 30 minutes and 2 meetings of 1hour.
- After every meeting, consultant will send an email about the topics discussed and the client will reply confirming it.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Consultant will provide a Ppt document from current process.
- Key finds of the analyses in pdf.
- Recommendation document in pdf.
- Consultant will provide a Ppt document with the new process.
- Consultant will provide training document about methodology to employees.
TIMING: This work typically requires up to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the size of business and due to the broad research and analyses of the processes. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Client will provide constructive feedback after reviews.
- Client business process owner and key stakeholders will be available within the agreed timeframe.
- Client agrees that Consultant complete on agreed-upon hours.
- Client will confirm information discussed in the meetings within 3 business days.
- Client will confirm and accept deliverables within 5 business days.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
