With over 7 years of experience in management consulting, I specialize in helping organizations transform, grow, and unlock their true potential. My journey began in 2016, supporting projects aimed at increasing foreign investments in targeted sectors across Latin America and the Caribbean. This experience honed my skills in navigating global markets, fostering international business relationships, and promoting investment opportunities.

In 2018, after relocating to Canada, I pivoted to managing large digital transformation and strategic sourcing accounts. From helping to establish a digital PMO at one of Canada’s busiest airports to supporting a leading manufacturer of building materials save millions in global IT and business spend, I’ve guided organizations through transformative journeys. My focus has been aligning digital strategies with business objectives for operational excellence and sustainable growth, as well as managing vendor relationships to ensure strategic alignment.

Currently, I work with small and medium businesses, helping them integrate new technologies and tap into emerging markets. My goal is simple: to help SMBs not only survive but thrive by empowering them to achieve financial freedom—myself included.
