Working with Ingrid was a fantastic experience for me (as CEO and project sponsor) but equally for all members of the team. Ingrid's open communication approach was welcomed by the team and her expertise was evident in terms of DEI but also the art of facilitation. Our Board and Staff participated in well run focus group sessions while Ingrid simultaneously supported me and the other project lead hone in on specific and measurable objectives of our plan. Ingrid was amazing to work with, and we have maintained a professional relationship ever since.

Ingrid is a consummate professional HR subject-matter expert with additional expertise in DEI particularly but not limited to the black experience/ perspective. Her corporate experience, especially around Finance Management, also gives her excellent SME skills that can be challenging to find in an HR professional.

For over a period of twenty plus years, Ingrid has successfully navigated the challenges that are inherent with organizational growth and development. Successfully managed the relationships between senior leadership staff including CEOs and the Board Chairs / members. Navigated the growth of an organization from 100 to one that tripled in size, by being a sound, calm and influential resource and partner to the senior leadership team, while also ensuring that all staff from leadership to front line staff have a voice and are heard. Efficiently managed external vendors to ensure productivity and fiscal responsibility.
