Hi, I’m Joy. As an Operational Excellence expert and the owner of a small business consultancy, I help organizations improve their business performance and optimize their operational processes. I start by understanding the company’s structure and culture, the organization’s context, and the needs and expectations of its interested parties. I help companies develop and improve their business processes, policies and procedures according to best practices and international standards, using Total Quality Management and Six Sigma, Business Process Improvement, Project Management and Sustainable Development principles and tools.

As organizations grow, the need for increased control and management grows as well. A well-prepared management system ensures that organizations reach their goals and continuously sustain the quality of products/services they provide, while ensuring employee satisfaction and wellbeing.
