Kari arranged training, consultation with others, and worked to become a lead engineer and project manager on a large transmission inspection program including streamlining the project, scheduling the work, and tracking progress.Her talent was recognized, and she was moved into a process improvement team for the company. This involved leading, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating numerous major projects.She then went on to lead a newly created distribution engineering group for a consultant design firm.
