    YES! Kari is not only motivational with how she presents the information, she also has creates step by step approaches for how to accomplish tasks for a specific outcome. She has an intuitive ability to create process and strategy for a given problem and is systematic in her approach. She has a strong sense of the big picture while being able to get into the details for the step-wise approach to accomplish the job. I would highly recommend her around any organizational strategy table.

    Kari arranged training, consultation with others, and worked to become a lead engineer and project manager on a large transmission inspection program including streamlining the project, scheduling the work, and tracking progress.Her talent was recognized, and she was moved into a process improvement team for the company. The team was charged with investigating different areas of the company, identify areas that could be improved, investigate alternatives, and implement changes to streamline business segments.She them lead a large infrastructure improvement team comprised of both internal and external groups to design, construct, and energize major electrical substation and transmission projects. This involved leading, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating numerous major projects.She then went on to lead a newly created distribution engineering group for a consultant design firm. She was responsible for the hiring of employees, making presentations to potential clients, acquiring contracts for projects, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.Overall, Kari is intelligent, quick to learn new tasks, able to identify areas that require attention, able to work with people to accomplish tasks, and is very professional.
