I recently helped a local property management company to devise a growth strategy and revised business plan to maximize the full scale of opportunities to expand business activities. 

Initially, the company was just focusing on managing a portfolio of private rented property, however due to the recent global pandemic situation the business was struggling to grow. I suggested that the company build working partnerships with local housing associations and sign a contract to manage their properties as sub-contractors.  

Furthermore, I advised them to acquire some run-down properties, to refurbish and rent them out. Now the company has added another service to their business to become  a property developer.  

Now the company is enjoying steady growth and aiming to become a big property developer company in London.
