I am a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with 16.5 years’ experience in solving Business Problems. I have 10 years experience in Manufacturing and 6.5 years in Health Care. I have led many Lean Six Sigma projects and saved my employers more than 15 Million Dollars.

Furthermore, I have worked 10 years at 3M Canada as a Quality Specialist and was a leader of Lean six sigma projects in cost reduction, new product development, solving Quality issues and an expert in the applications of statistical methods in manufacturing. These projects saved the company approximately $10 Million by reducing the process variability and by the implementation of innovative quality tools. In addition, as the corporate statistician, I had conducted various training courses for managers, engineers and technicians in data analysis and problem solving.
