I am so very grateful to have met Shar, she coached me through one the darkest times of my professional career, to a future I am truly excited for. As a new leader to a team, she taught me how to create psychological safety for my team, which has greatly improved the relationship, and one of the proudest takeaways of my career is cultivating an ecosystem where people are motivated and happy, the team has become more independent and proactive as a result. She taught me how to empathize with upper management with creative exercises, and to diffuse internal frustrations eliminating almost most conflicts.
