Hi, I’m Sherene, a 30-year veteran of the general (P&C) insurance industry, who has served in leadership roles in brokerages and insurance companies, and as a Management consultant with a well known MGA.  As an unforgettable champion for change, I have had many opportunities to lead change in different environments. With my well developed shills in creating high performance teams, coaching and mentoring Leaders, I have successfully applied Out-of-the-Box techniques to achieve “win-win” results.

In early 2022, after much prompting by industry associates, I pivoted to serve in a well needed category – I sold my client portfolio and launched my independent business as a Consultant and OD Coach, with the Property & Casualty Insurance sector as my niche clientele.  I may still be one of the industry’s best kept secrets – but not for long!
