Description
We will dive into the work of building your new brand and a well-aligned marketing strategy to accompany it. Our aim is to build a vision that embodies the values and ethos of your stakeholders while pairing it with practical tools that can be used immediately.
Scope:
- New brand development: We will build a new brand that reflects the future vision and strategy of your business. Our objective is to provide you with practical tools and collateral that can be immediately used. This includes foundational branding such as: new brand name, logo design, brand identity, and website rebuild.
- Brand validation: We will present a summary report and brand storyboards to leadership and key stakeholders to validate the new brand strategy. Our goal is to ensure that the development of the brand resources stays relevant, addresses the needs of all stakeholders, and aligns with your growth strategy.
- Thought leadership (optional): We will work with you to develop media relations and content marketing strategies that will highlight you and your new brand as a leading example within your industry. Note: This is not included in our pricing but can be easily incorporated.
- Includes 8–16 live meetings/collaborative working sessions, totaling 16 hours.
Deliverables/outputs:
- New brand resources and assets: The new brand resources will be presented to leadership and stakeholders during a half-day training and Q&A. Examples of what will be included in this work include:
- Brand development inclusive of naming, logo, message and positioning, collateral, and support documentation
- Optional: Sub-branding under the new brand to align with the goals and messaging of the master brand
- Support for lawyers with registration and trademark
- Launch strategy
- Brand health scorecard (recall, lift, share of voice, sentiment, preference, etc.) and objectives
- Draft wireframe and content for website relaunch
Timing:
- This work typically requires at least 20 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review and accept deliverables within 15 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
