Delivering an impactful project requires great teamwork and meticulous planning. With a few key tools and strategies, you can streamline how you design and deliver projects, ensuring that you are maximizing value to all your stakeholders. In this workshop, we will provide you with a concrete overview of project design, delivery and management, based on building out a project management tool. We will work with participants to select a tool (Excel is great, but you can also try one of the free versions of project management software that we will suggest) to start building out their project milestones, tasks, deliverables, and accountabilities. By the end of this workshop, you will have a high-level plan for one of your projects that you can build on immediately. This plan can serve as a template for future projects as well.
