Scope:
- Marketing Strategies – Product (Goods/Services): We will focus your product development process rather than defining fixed content, allowing for flexibility and adaptability. A roadmap for incorporating regular stakeholder feedback will be created to gather and analyze input from stakeholders, ensuring offerings remain aligned with evolving needs. We will outline processes for identifying emerging expertise requirements to guide the formation of partnerships with external experts and piloting of new initiatives.
- Marketing Strategies – Place (Distribution): Define scalable, flexible formats for product delivery that can accommodate evolving trends and priorities.
- Marketing Strategies – Price: We will develop a framework for pricing with tiered options and guidelines for determining appropriate pricing for individual and bundled products. This will ensure pricing covers costs, reflects value, and supports your financial sustainability.
- Marketing Strategies – Promotion (MarCom): The emphasis will be on targeted outreach through personalized communication, leveraging your existing network where possible.

Timing:
- This work typically requires 20 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 15 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
