In the modern workplace, quickly finding effective solutions is crucial. We all use a range of conflict styles based on our skills and the demands of each situation. Starting with an assessment of individual conflict styles, this workshop helps participants understand how their preferred style(s) affect performance. By understanding and expanding these styles, we can improve how we accomplish goals both individually and within work groups. Unlike many other approaches, this workshop does not advocate for a single method. Instead, it emphasizes that all styles can be effective if used appropriately in the right circumstances. Participants will learn when and how to use each style effectively and gain insights into how over-reliance on a preferred approach may lead to suboptimal results.
